1. Introduction

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and procedures governing cancellations and refunds for demo sessions, counselling services, and mentorship program enrollments at GullyMentor, operated by Gully System Pvt Ltd.

We strive to offer transparent, high-value mentorship. By booking a free demo session, registering for counseling, or paying the program fee for any mentorship track, you agree to the conditions detailed in this policy.

2. Demo & Counselling Sessions

GullyMentor offers complimentary career counselling and demo sessions to help prospective learners understand technology tracks, project scopes, and pricing.

  • Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a booked demo session, please notify your assigned coordinator or update your booking status at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Professional Courtesy: Because our mentors and counsellors dedicate one-on-one time to guide you, repeat no-shows without prior cancellation notice may result in the suspension of booking rights.

3. Mentorship Program Cancellations

Once enrolled, you can request cancellation of your program registration subject to the following timelines:

  • Before Batch Start: You may cancel your enrolment for a full refund of the program fee (minus administrative/gateway charges) any time up to 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled batch start date.
  • After Batch Start: Cancellation requests submitted after the batch has officially commenced are subject to review. Refund amounts will be computed on a pro-rata basis based on the number of sessions conducted or weeks elapsed.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted strictly based on the following terms:

  • Criteria for Acceptance: To request a refund, learners must submit a formal request via email. The request must include the student profile details, program invoice, and details of the cancellation request reason.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Registration fees, study materials accessed, and pro-rata amounts for completed mentor sessions are non-refundable.
  • Processing Window: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment source within 7 to 10 working days from the date of refund approval.

5. Upgrades & Batch Transfers

We understand that your schedules or career directions might change:

  • Program Upgrades: You can upgrade your program (e.g. from Foundation to Live Project or Job-Ready) at any point by paying the difference in fee structure.
  • Batch Transfers: If you are unable to continue in your active batch due to medical or professional emergencies, you may request a one-time transfer to a future batch, subject to batch availability and approval by the program director.
