GUIDANCE THAT BECOMES PRACTICE

You do the learning. We help you move forward.

You learn from courses you choose. Your mentor sets practice projects, reviews your work and prepares you to talk about it. Here is what a level looks like from the inside.

01 · How mentorship works

Tell us where you are.

Enquire on the website; it takes about a minute. A member of the team calls you, usually within one working day, to talk through your track and your starting level. Most learners start at Level 1.

Optional: a written Career Audit. If you want a mentor's assessment before choosing, the 40-minute audit (₹1,180 including GST) gives you a report with strengths, gaps and recommended next steps. It is a separate service and is not required.

02 · How mentorship works

Get direction for independent learning.

Your mentor recommends external courses and videos for your track and tells you what to focus on first. GullyMentor does not sell courses or teach a classroom syllabus; you study the material in your own time and bring your questions and attempts to the review.

Any separate course, software or cloud costs are confirmed with you on the call, before you pay for a level.

03 · How mentorship works

Put the concepts to work.

Each level centres on practice projects your mentor sets: at Level 1, small assignments and a first project; from Level 2, one larger project with revisions. A dashboard, workflow, notebook or deployment gives you something concrete to discuss. Keep notes on what you tried and why.

04 · How mentorship works

Review. Revise. Repeat.

You submit your work. Your mentor reviews the approach and the evidence, not just the result, and writes back with what to change. You make the changes, check the result and explain what improved. This loop is the mentorship.

The sample review below shows what a round looks like. The schedule of sessions and reviews for your level is confirmed with you before you enrol.

A REVIEW ROUND, STEP BY STEPSample, illustrative. Fictional learner and project.
  1. SUBMISSION 1

Sales dashboard for a fictional campus store: four weeks of orders, a net-sales total, a weekly trend chart and a top-products table. Net sales = sum of order totals.

  2. MENTOR REVIEW

The trend chart reads well. Three things to change. (1) Net sales should exclude returns; your source has a returns column you have not used, so the headline number is overstated. (2) The top-products table ranks by quantity but the title says revenue; pick one and label it. (3) Add a note on the dashboard saying which weeks are included and when the data was last refreshed. Resubmit with a short note on what changed.

  3. SUBMISSION 2

Subtracted returns from net sales (headline fell from ₹84,200 to ₹79,650). Renamed the table to 'Top products by quantity'. Added a data note with the date range and refresh date. Also checked the weekly totals against the raw file: they match.

  4. MENTOR REVIEW

Good. The check against the raw file is the habit that matters; keep doing it before every submission. One more for next time: an interviewer will ask what decision this dashboard supports. Write one sentence under the title that answers that, then we move to the next brief.

05 · How mentorship works

Prepare for career conversations.

From Level 2 you practise explaining your projects in mock interviews and get your resume reviewed. From Level 3, career support adds application guidance for roles you choose. We do not promise interviews, offers or salaries.

06 · How mentorship works

Choose your level.

Four levels, taken in order. Level 1 runs 3 months; Levels 2, 3 and 4 run 6 months each. Every level costs ₹30,000 including GST and is bought separately; all four come to ₹1,20,000 over about 21 months. There is no payment on this website: the team confirms the fee and how to pay on the call.

THE DIFFERENCE

Learning alone, or with a mentor.

The courses are the same either way. What changes is who sets the project, who reads the attempt and what you can show at the end.
