Mock interviews, project-explanation practice and communication coaching, until walking through your own work stops being scary.

What we ask of a mentor
Current hands-on experience in the track you would mentor, the patience to read someone else’s code properly, and the willingness to tell a learner the uncomfortable thing early rather than the comfortable thing late.
