First roles to search for include AI Automation Associate, AI Workflow Assistant, Business Automation Trainee. Level 1 takes 3 months at ₹30,000 including GST, with no prerequisite. Coding: Visual workflows can be a starting point; APIs and custom logic add code.

Is AI Automation right for you?

People who notice repetitive work and enjoy understanding a process from start to finish. Business knowledge helps you spot the improvements worth making.

Students: A good fit if you like flowcharts and rules more than code. Your first project maps and automates a small, fictional process.
Freshers: Makes operations, marketing and analyst applications stronger: you can show a working workflow with approvals and error handling.
Working professionals: The most common track for people in operations, support and admin roles who want to automate their own team's work. Your project starts from a process you know.
Look elsewhere if: If you want to build the AI application itself rather than connect tools around it, look at AI and Generative AI. If you want infrastructure, look at Cloud Computing.

Coding: Visual workflows can be a starting point; APIs and custom logic add code.
Mathematics: Percentages, counts and basic performance measurement.
Before you start: Practise spreadsheets, flowcharts and simple if/then logic. Understand files, permissions and the difference between reading information and sending it.

A visual workflow tool (n8n or an equivalent), spreadsheets, and an AI assistant for the interpretation steps. Connector access and any usage budget are confirmed with you before you enrol.

LEVELS IN THIS TRACK

How long does AI Automation take, and what does each level add?

Level 1 (3 months): small assignments and your first AI Automation project, reviewed until it holds up. Level 2 (6 months): one larger project with revisions; resume review and mock interviews begin. Level 3 (6 months): a bigger project, portfolio guidance and application guidance for the roles you choose. Level 4 (6 months): a multi-part project with 1-on-1 reviews and system design and architecture review; aimed at working professionals switching direction. Every level is ₹30,000 including GST, bought one at a time.

Can I begin with visual tools?

Yes, visual process exercises are useful. More complex integrations may require APIs, scripts and debugging.

Should every step use AI?

No. Use rules for exact calculations, permissions and known routing; reserve AI for tasks that need interpretation.

Will a workflow send messages during practice?

Use test destinations and simulated delivery in portfolio exercises. Real recipients require explicit authorisation.

How do I handle repeated triggers?

Use a stable event identifier and a record of completed actions so retrying does not repeat an external action.

Can I automate candidate rejection?

Avoid making consequential decisions solely from generated judgements. Keep human review and examine fairness, consent and data quality.
